TpKilling on server

When I was inside my house getting armor from my faction group members I was waiting and a guy teleports in the house with out me accepting a teleport or even getting the tpa and they killed me then after they show up where i land and kill me but i dont have the last photo and the guy who tped to me and killed me was Opious_Nub
